the room lacked robes i thought this was strange for a hotel of this price range. the view was of a yellow brick building. it wasn't the superior king suite i expected.

helpful staffcentral locationcold roomsoap residue
The staff were helpful upon my arrival. When I requested more coffee pods for my room, someone delivered them within minutes (i was impressed!). The location was very central to downtown, an easy walk from attractions.
The room was cold, even after raising the thermostat. The temperature remained at 66 degrees despite being set to 78. The shower soap also seemed to leave a strange residue.
